Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the lubricant and industrial oil division. The role involves identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales, market intelligence, and customer support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the lubricant and industrial oil sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshops, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
  • Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of lubricant products to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis updates for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the Sales of Chemicals.
  • Science graduate (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineer.
  • Experience in the related industry (Chemicals for producing Lubricating / Industrial Oil) will be treated as an advantage.
  • Good Written and verbal English skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
