Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve lubricant oil sales targets within assigned territory, focusing on key accounts and market segments.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and construction.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of lubricant oil products to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with both new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on lubricant oil selection, application, and usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Possess relevant certifications in sales or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lubricant oil sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or construction industries is highly desirable.
  • Candidate should be a citizen of the country where the role is based or have the necessary work permits.
