• Responsible for handling general quotation and request
• Set-up meeting with customers to present company s services, discuss quotation and timelines.
• Sell a subset of portable sanitation products and services.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration in the territory. Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions.
• Utilize all techniques (google/Linkedin/Exhibitions/Network/CRM etc.) to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
• Manage customers request throughout the entire sales process, from cold calling to closing the deal. Liaise and Align for the delivery timelines.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Onsite customer presentation with Procurement/Project Managers to negotiate and close deals. Keep the relation with customer for identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.
• Must have connections/network of people at Real Estate companies (mostly in contact with Procurement)
• Must possess UAE sales experience in the Real Estate industry
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role

Working days: Sunday to Thursday and Friday is work from home when needed (as last minute inquiries for events can happen during the weekend)
Salary: Upto AED 3,750
