We are looking for seasoned, dynamic Sales & Marketing Exective for Real Estate Development Company.

The candidate would be responsible for driving sales strategy for selling High End Luxury Residences, Villas & Commercial Properties, meeting HNI/ Ultra HNI clients and projecting and maintaining a luxury real estate brand attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
• Review property listings, trade journals, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
• Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
• Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience:

• Should be a Graduate with 1+ year of experience in Real estate industry
• Should have experience working from Sales, Business Development & Marketing in Real Estate Industry
• Diving License is mandatory

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

• Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets
• Should be fluent in English, writing and speaking and knowledge of other language will be an added advantage
Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships and conduct business with cultural sensitivity
• Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills
• Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaboration across teams
• Should have strong customer orientation
• Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team
• High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner
