Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Hiring company is a global leader in sanitaryware and plumbing solutions, serving customers in over 90 countries. Our Middle East operation supports distributors, consultants, developers, wholesalers, retailers, and project contractors with premium sanitary ware systems, valves, and cistern components. We are expanding our commercial team in the UAE and seeking a motivated professional to drive growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business with distributors, retailers, and project customers across the UAE & Oman
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline development, and market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities within building materials, sanitaryware, consultants & developers
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Travelling within GCC regions would be necessary as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
2–5 years of UAE experience in sanitaryware, plumbing products, building materials, or MEP solutions.
Strong understanding of the UAE construction ecosystem—consultants, contractors, distributors, and retail channels.
Channel sales experience is preferred, not necessary
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
