Doncaster Foods is a fast-growing agrifood company dedicated to bringing the world’s best produce — from Australia’s fertile lands, Sri Lanka’s rich tropical regions, and other leading food-producing countries — to the UAE.


We are starting our operations in Dubai and are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Supervisor with a strong background in fruits, vegetables, and meat products (agrifood, fresh produce, and perishables).


The ideal candidate will have experience working with a large agrifood distribution organisation in Dubai and will be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth with full P&L ownership across the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for fruits, vegetables, and meat products, focusing on market penetration and growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including supermarkets, restaurants, and wholesale distributors, to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast sales, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability and effective resource allocation for sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possesses 5+ years of progressive sales experience within the fruits, vegetables, and meat products industry.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
