Job Description

The Sales Executive - Tools position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead sales efforts within a dynamic industry. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management reviews.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive sales approach.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and new market opportunities.
  • Ensure after-sales services and support meet client satisfaction standards.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and brand awareness.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales inquiries and accounts effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the tools industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as required.
