Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tools industry sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs and demands.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, demonstrating the benefits and features of tools.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and company.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to identify competitive advantages.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain detailed customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience, specifically in the tools industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
