Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Monitor the status of orders from entry to shipment, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of order tracking, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize urgent orders effectively.
Handling customer inquiries and source the material requirement from locally and foreign.
Prepare and send accurate quotations in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
