Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and proactively offer assistance, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Actively listen to customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and address inquiries effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers confidently.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
