Job Purpose We have aggressive plans to lead the market with digital platform, transformation journeys and managed services.
We have a unique opportunity for an evangelical sales leadership role based in Dubai. This role will be a core part of leadership team leading all aspects of sales from the ground up to focus and manage large accounts in MEA//UAE.
He/she will be responsible for sales, development and growth of enterprise
business pertaining to large accounts based on the service offering portfolio in UAE.
Experience Range in years 18 yrs.
Compensation Details As per industry standards
Bachelor in Engg. /Masters in Computer Application MBA/PGDM (Sales &
Marketing) with 20 yrs. of work experience in software products and services sales
Concept sales background
Must have exceptional track records in selling application, transformation and managed services
Strong leadership qualities with high intrapersonal skills.
Must have strong experience in managing large accounts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
Positive and enthusiastic.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the development for UAE & other region sales strategies for large accounts
Responsible for the sale of existing products & services by actively creating and developing new Enterprise sales opportunities
Manage and mine customer relationships
Must be able to work closely with key stake holders to design and develop strategy for cross selling across the business units to address complex requirements of customer needs
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Report regularly on sales progress and work with peers to overcome obstacles.
Follow and comply with ISYX processes for conducting business by adhering to ISYX polices, reporting procedures.
Skills & Competencies Required
Proven successful track record in concepts/evangelical sales, with an understanding of the strategic approach to long term objectives, and the strength of commercial returns from a partnering approach
Results driven, possessing a proven track record of handling large deals of minimum 4 MN USD
Ability to scale to other geographies like USA and Europe
Manage business planning and related strategies for relevant markets.
Ability to learn and retain product & platform specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customer
Internal Communication Able to work with and influence senior executives including CEO, CTO and
other competency heads.
External Communication Client-facing, Govt. authorities, etc.
Travel Required Yes (if required to Africa & KSA)
