Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and proactively offer assistance, creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Master the product knowledge of Iqon Style's collections, including fabrics, designs, and styling recommendations to advise customers effectively.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, suggesting suitable items, and closing sales with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always appealing and organized, reflecting the brand's luxury image.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is essential, demonstrating a proven sales record.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and the ability to articulate them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
