Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and proactively, offering personalized assistance to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, showcasing the features and benefits of showroom items to drive sales.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment, including merchandising and stock management.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, preferably within a showroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
