Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the seamless flow of goods from order placement to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock situations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to align on shipping schedules and resolve any logistical challenges that arise.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers, providing visibility into the status of their orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate Must be in UAE.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in sales logistics, with a proven track record of managing complex supply chains.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures; critical for global operations.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.
