-Present group's restaurant offering to 3rd parties (events, catering, F&B, Banquets, large corporate offices, tour companies, group bookings, etc.)
- Develop set menus/ catering menus with Operations team according to client's requirements.
- Negotiate contracts with our 3rd parties.
- Complete account management from cold calling to End-to-End account management.
- Gather restaurant/ caterer feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
Exceed volume sales and performance-based goals while working independently.
- Create a pipeline of leads for regular tracking and closure.
- Qualify the generated leads and label them as per the sales coverage report based on their location, delivery capacity, etc.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Familiarity with Geography and Restaurant Industry Performance Targets
- Setting up meetings through cold calling, acquired databases.
- Feedback from existing partners. Call/ meet them as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should fit the below criteria to be considered for the role:

- Minimum 3 years of experience on a managerial role for managing sales (events, catering, F&B, banquets, corporate, tour companies)
- Proven track record in developing the business through increased customers and good account management.
- Good experience in dealing with Key Account Clients in UAE (events, catering, F&B, Banquets, large corporate offices, tour companies)
- Excellent selling and networking capability.
- Can manage/ coordinate the transactions (end to end) to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
