Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the construction sector in Sharjah, focusing on developers, contractors, and individual clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their building material needs effectively.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations and sales targets.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge of building materials, including understanding technical specifications, applications, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry in the UAE.
  • Prior experience in Sharjah market is highly advantageous, understanding local construction practices and customer needs.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car to facilitate site visits and client meetings.
