A semi-government company is looking for a Sales Manager who can generate new business opportunities, increase partnerships, sponsorship™s, event™s and other revenue generating activities for the company. You will be working closely with the F&B to improve customer service and to increase their profit.
Excellent in increasing multi-account revenue, liaise with existing and potential clients.
Generate new business by analyzing gathered sales staff data and determining sales potential and to monitor customer™s preferences.
Setting sales targets with the sales team.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Implement and develop strategies to bring in new business.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Reports progress towards sales KPI™s.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have at least 2 “ 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality sector.
Must have at least 1 “ 2 years of experience in the GCC countries.
Must have Bachelor™s Degree in Business Management or any relevant course.
Preferably Arabic speaking.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic .
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Demonstrates strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Innovative with good business sense.
Salary package: AED 13,000/- plus AED 1,000 travelling allowance and AED 300 mobile allowance plus commission + Duty Meals, F&B discounts and others.
