Job Location
Millennium Plaza Hotel Dubai is on Sheikh Zayed Road, facing Dubai International Financial Center and close to the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel is 22 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport and directly accessible to thenbspEmirates Towers Metro Station.
The 65 storey tower offersnbsp398 modern and spacious rooms and suites, with views of Dubai overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, Zabeel Palace and Jumeirah Beach from 26^th till 61^st floor. The hotel's four restaurants and caf serve a variety of cuisines from Internationalnbspto Arabic specialties.
Other facilities include the Club Lounge, Business Center, Health Club and Spa. The infinity swimming pool gives views of Jumeirah Beach and the Arabian Sea.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager - Corporate, you are responsible to assists in leading the property's segmented sales effort for Corporate market. Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
• Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivitynbsp
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets setnbsp
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with the propertiesnbsp
• Promote and produce sales leads for company within its respective areasnbsp
• Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its market areasnbsp
• Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management systemnbsp
• Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
• Degree/ Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 3 years experience in similar position in Dubai.
• Expertise in handling Corporate Clients.
• Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
