Job Summary
To achieve and surpass agreed personal and team targets through effective selling to corporate accounts and development of existing and new business opportunities for JA Resorts & Hotels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Attend and participate in any meetings (department, communications etc.) as and when required.
Sell all JA Resorts & Hotels to corporate accounts
Identify and manage sales opportunities in the local market
Sell the conference centre at JA Oasis Beach Hotel, JA Ocean View Hotel and JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, facilities and special offers in the local market.
To present monthly reports detailing activities undertaken and future plans in line with departmental budget.
Always be aware of occupancy levels forecasts.
Develop a coherent plan for each of your key corporate clients.
Give professional guidance and support to sales executives and colleagues.
Provide clear and precise written communications to your clients and colleagues.
Remain up to date with local and regional developments.
Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of equipment in the area of assignment.Oversee and ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate addressee.
Attend briefings, as required.
Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contribute to team spirit.
Cooperate and interact with other departments to provide additional/outstanding guest services.
Experience and Skills
College/University Degree or equivalent.
Diploma
3 to 5 years experience in UAE
Advance - Microsoft Office
