Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in the HORECA segment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotions and campaigns targeted at HORECA clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Train and mentor sales staff, if applicable, to enhance team performance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and HORECA industry practices.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
