Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of sales agents

• Develop monthly targets and monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to promote new listings and launches
• Represent the agency in meetings with developers and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with RERA/DMT regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
