Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by leading sales operations, managing a high-performing team of real estate agents, and developing strong client relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence in key areas across Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance productivity
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process including client onboarding, property viewings, and deal closure
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with RERA policies and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and lead generation
• Represent the brand professionally in networking events and property exhibitions


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role in Dubai

• Native English speakers preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, laws, and trends
• Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Results-driven mindset and high level of accountability
