Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of real estate agents.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and strategies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with agents to set and achieve realistic sales targets.
  • Provide input into pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for real estate agents.
  • Offer coaching and support to help agents improve their sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure the team is informed.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new real estate agents.
  • Interview potential candidates and assess their suitability for the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.
  • Assist agents in resolving complex client issues and negotiations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to upper management on sales performance and trends.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge in Abu Dhabi market
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Team player and self-driven attitude
