Years of Experience: From 8 to 12 years of experience as a sales manager in one of GPI related fields.
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets by introducing new products.
Prepare an annual marketing and sales plan to be approved from the General manager
Responsible for transferring accounts to Account Manager and/or play an on-going Account Manager role in client services as needed
Open new Market, looking for new business and add to the company exact products portfolio
Diligently research and develop list of prospective clients
Continually identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
Constantly establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to closing business
Aggressively follow up on and develops sales leads
Represent trade events to promote services
Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification through close
Drive the proposal process and any contact correspondence with the prospect
Successfully and professionally deliver presentations to key clients
Negotiate and close deals
Developing a company values that can help the company in achieving its mission and vision.
Looking for a potential customer.
Maintain current customer s satisfaction and relationship.
Developing marketing research to find new potential business profit.
After sales follow up.
Assuring customer requirements meeting.
Attending management meetings.
Following & appraising sales team.
Job Specifications:
Maximum Age 40 years old.
Indian nationality (Preferably working in Gulf)
Bachelor degree of commerce or business administration or equivalent.
Masters or Diploma or post graduate studies in the sales is preferable (From a famous university will be considered in the salary).
