Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and VIP customers.
Oversee the sales pipeline and maximize lead conversion.
Conduct regular training to enhance the team s sales and closing skills.
Prepare periodic sales reports for senior management.
Negotiate and close high-value deals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate (Direct Sales / Team Leader / Sales Manager).
Strong track record in achieving targets and closing deals.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate projects and market areas.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
