The Role
The Primary role of the Sales Manager is to drive sales through direct channel. He/she would lead sales team to ensure that value added propositioning is presented to potential clients, in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business. Be a hands on sales professional responsible for driving the business forward within a highly competitive market.
Reports To: Head of Sales
Direct Reports: Relationship Managers (sales consultants)
• Directly manage Relationship Managers (sales consultants) for the delivery of the team s sales targets.
• Monitor conversion of direct leads to prospective customers in an efficient manner.
• Actively involved in deal closures with the team.
• Coaching, motivating and managing Relationship Managers to achieve desired sales results is an integral part of the role.
• Participate in key result area and performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement.
• Determining market trends and competitive analysis to formulate effective way forward.
• Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Open to travel as per business needs.
• Bachelor s Degree from accredited university.
• 8+ years of sales experience in Real Estate Brokerage or Developer / Mortgage / Life Insurance / Timeshare.
• Minimum 3+ years of team management experience.
