Leading a team of 30 + property consultants
Direct and motivate the consultants. Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives
Coordinate weekly sales meetings to track goals and follow-up with the team; arrange one-to-one meetings with the consultants ensuring they are motivated and close deals to achieve targets
Support consultants to negotiate deals assisting with legal advice, NOC process and Transfer at DLD; assisting consultants who require guidance with client meetings and communication
Solve client issues and queries, as necessary
Promote and maintain a corporate culture that promotes team work, loyalty and transparency
Develop Marketing strategy with marketing team and promote future business opportunities
Assist with lead generation and identify business development opportunities in team zone such as participation in community events
Effective management of leads
Maintain relationship with clients and continue to develop network
Implementation of company processes, procedures and standards for sales team
Evaluate recruitment needs of team and work closely with recruitment team during interview and onboarding process
Coordinate with Business Coach on training needs of team and implementation of training programme for new consultants
Oversee closing of transactions
Maintain up to date knowledge of real estate industry; attend industry meetings, project launches, conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks
Administrative tasks, as necessary
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Good regional knowledge
Proven experience in real estate sales
Must be RERA certified or have strong willingness to acquire
Fluent in English; other additional language will be an advantage
Excellent intercultural and social competences
Ability to organize and structure
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certifications) in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
Excelling reporting skills including knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, CRM Systems and Excel
