- Job Purpose:
1. Direct and oversee MaliaTec General Trading's sales objectives and strategies
2. Design and implement strategic business plan that expands MaliaTec General Trading s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the UAE market
- Duties and Responsibilities:
On Sales & Operations:
1. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing the annual sales quotas, strive for best results
2. Monitor the daily sales activity of the team and assist with the negotiation leading to projects closing
3. Participate regularly in the team's sales meetings with the clients
4. Identify opportunities and emerging sectors to be tackled
5. Ensure that the pricing strategy is competitive for all the products by identifying competitors and their products/portfolio
6. Conduct weekly sales review with the team and prepare the resulting action plan
7. Tackle and create a personal customer portfolio to handle
8. Follow up on customer satisfaction and customer retention
9. Partner with resellers to increase reach across all the UAE territory
10. Ensure stock availability, stock rotation, stock replenishment
11. Manage and Monitor the collection process
12. Review the invoicing to insure all items sold are invoiced
13. Use Salesforce to generate all the team's reports
14. Follow up on shipments status with the procurement team
On Reporting:
1. Participate in the quarterly and yearly business reviews
2. Lead on departmental business plan preparation
3. Submit monthly executive reports including recommendations and suggestions to way forward
On HR:
1. Contribute proactively with the Talent Acquisition Team in filling vacancies timely. Design/update related JD and on-boarding programs and ensure their proper understanding & implementation. Ensure an optimized structure in line with business priorities and performance
2. Provide direct reports with needed resources/tools and guidance to fulfill their role properly and set their training needs and development plan in coordination with L&DM. Celebrate achievements, highlight to PCM people with potential to offer them perspective for growth
3. Set direct reports annual Business Goals and required competencies and conduct quarterly feedback sessions to appraise their performance. Monitor continuously direct report productivity and take corrective actions in due time. Issue misconducts and enroll under-performers in related program
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- Experience: Up to 10 years of experience in the field: Digital and Technology solutions (LED, Queue Management, Digital Signage, Security, Interactive Solutions, ERP, Software)
