Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and supervise a team of 6–8 Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Distribute leads, track performance, and ensure high conversion ratios across the team.
- Support Relationship Managers during client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage the overall sales process, ensuring smooth site visits, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic inputs to improve sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and CRM accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–7years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a developer.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team leader or managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
