Managing sales by Planning, Increasing profitability, acheiving sales target, reducing Daily sales Outstanding (DSO), harnessing available resources and ensuring that the objectives and targets set by the management are met.
-Target to be percolateddown line with time bound plan
-Identifying new customers, Prepare sales strategy
-Review the sales process which includes Quotations, response to tenders and enquiries, follow up of offers.
-Maintain contact with customer with courtesy visits and periodic follow ups
-Increase prices to existing customers and keep prices above MSP
-Keep tab on variable cost by controlling distribution cost, delivery cost, maximizing available human resources, rotating available assets,
-Focus on sales of High value products which adds to the bottom line.
-Improving Daily Sales Outstanding
- Supervise day to day activities
-Ensure product is available
-Increase prices to existing customers, control expenses maximize resource utilization
-Refine quotation, clearly define payment terms with customer, get written communication by way of LPO & Credit approvals.
