Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's customer base
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compile and analyze sales figures
• Dealing with some major customer accounts
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Produce yearly sales forecasts and monthly actual sales report
• Report results to Managing Director

Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and 'people skills'
• Good planning and organizational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Ability to travel throughout Egypt
• Computer skills for spreadsheets to prepare company sales reports
