Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

01. Ensures the smooth running of the branch.
02. Creates, evaluates and fulfills sales plans.
03. Leads a team of sales and customer service.
04. Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
05. Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan.
06. Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.
07. Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
08. Overseas sales managers and staff to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are regularly met or exceeded.
09. Resolves customer complaints regarding sales team and take steps to correct performance.
10. Develops a highly-motivated sales team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and is prepared to provide world-class customer service.
11. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions are in place within area of responsibility.
12. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in paint industry (powder coating)
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration
