The company has established a new office in Bahrain. The role shall focus on planning and executing the company’s Sales and Business development activities in the Kingdom.

The responsibilities include identifing clients for potential sales of Water treatment systems , related spares and services and achieving sales in accordance with budgeted and agreed targets.
• Develop the sales plan and strategies for the market.
• Identify potential new clients and initiate contact and establish relationships.
• Execute the sales process including calls and visits to potential clients.
• Follow-up with selected potential clients. Generate enquiries for the company’s products and services.
• Qualify enquiries and confirm the requirements.
• Coordinate with the technical team for engineering and costing inputs for preparation of quotations.
• Provide weekly reports on potential sales, market information, clients and leads.
• Close sales with clients, in line with approved margin and pricing policy. Achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Follow up with all clients to ensure client satisfaction on products and service quality and prompt payment of accounts receivables.
• Obtain and analyze client feedback and promptly act upon any dissatisfaction to initiate preventive action to resolve the complaint.
• Manage the client liaison and the client requirements in Bahrain ensuring high levels of integrity and compliance to the code of ethics in all transactions as well as protecting the company’s interest.
• Collect the market intelligence in the Kingdom of Bahrain including details of upcoming projects and report on a periodic basis to the Head office.
• Work in compliance to the policies and procedures of the company’s integrated management system


Sales / Business Development

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful, you will need to have bachelors degree in Science, Technology or Engineering. You will also need to have sales experience in the Middle East in Water treatment / related industries.
