of the operation.
Specific
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective
relationships with resort colleagues.
Perform any additional duties as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing
Be fully conversant with all health, safety, fire and emergency procedures.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort
is represented.
Attend meetings and training as required by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters
of local law.
General
Determine prospective customers in the GCC, government and the local corporate market by
analyzing all available information.
Develop accounts and ensure performance from the respective market/segment by conducting
sales calls and sales trips as required.
Meet individual goals and overall budgeted for the hotel as well as the respective
market/segment.
Invite key and potential partners and clients to the property and conducts individual tours
highlighting the unique experiences the resort offers.
Within established parameters quote and negotiate prices with customer representatives and
close business/contracts.
Upon closing, coordinate with other resort departments to ensure delivery of exceptional
guest service.
Prepare reports required by Six Senses Resorts & Spas Policy and Procedural Guidelines.
Compile market intelligence information and remain up to date with political and economic
developments in the area of responsibility.
Participate in designated Six Senses Resorts & Spas training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
A Bachelor s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
Two or more years managerial experience in sales
Has experience in a luxury lifestyle brand.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge,
skills, and abilities is acceptable.
Technical Skills:
The applicant should possess very strong interpersonal, computer and selling skills.
English and Arabic skills with ability to communicate clearly.
Knowledge as well as ability to communicate in other languages would be beneficial.
