Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 6 years proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, CRM tools, and data-driven sales techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strategic thinking for forecasting and problem-solving.
• Competency in budgeting, resource allocation, and results tracking.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
