Manager Of Sales Duties

• Develop and manage client base by proactively and continually prospecting new leads
• Provide sales support by working closely with management, staff, and vendors to cultivate and maintain client relationships
• Oversee all sales efforts from inquiry to closing
• Collect and analyze data to discover potential business opportunities and trends
• Set and communicate clear expectations with sales employees and clients
• Ensure effective and timely follow up on client inquiries and client complaints
• Maintain current sales knowledge by studying sales literature, keeping current with industry trends, attending sales meetings, and participating in professional organizations
• Work closely with marketing staff to develop and implement an effective sales plan
• Implement sales activities effectively by effectively managing time, work flow, and workload
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis

Manager Of Sales Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales efforts within a city, including direct sales, channel sales, and advertising
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales goals, quotas, and budgets
• Coach and train sales teams, including new hires, to ensure consistent and high-quality service
• Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, and develop sales forecasts
• Create and lead sales strategy meetings, and distribute business development and marketing strategies
• Review bids and proposals, negotiate contracts, and assist with closing deals
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities
• Report sales results, and communicate updated sales strategies to management
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor s degree
• 5+ years proven experience as a sales manager or director of sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques
• Strong business development skills, including planning and proposal writing
• Strong knowledge of industry real estate products, technology, and best practices
