Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and revenue objectives Identify and target key markets, industries, and customer segments for business development opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Experience in managing a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- German language skills are advantageous
- Fluent English skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
