Kinetic Business Solutions has a new exciting opportunity with a Leading Multinational Medical Device company. We are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role will cover the Gulf and Iran.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop current Distributor partners in the area, by supporting and securing the implementation of Company strategy based on our products & solutions, training and partnership activities.
Scout and identify further markets and opportunities for growth in the region.

Develop and deploy distributor partner’s agreements for current and new partners

Grow market share within existing region

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies and effectively implement them at the territory level

Build relationships with key KOL in the country. Present appropriate, products, solutions and services. Update on latest solutions

Adapt, promote and use Global Sales & Marketing tools with Distributors (Product campaigns, Sales training tools, product updates, etc.)

Identify & support partner's needs in terms of training and business coaching (Sales Training at product and soft skills, sales compensation plans)

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence and follow up per Distributor partner in line with the Company’s mission (secure a local training program per country, study club plan, Customer events, Patient information events)

Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor's Degree, MBA an advantage.

Must have extensive working experience within Medical Devices.

At least four years working close to the Healthcare environment. Both Private and Governmental institutions.

An understanding of the Health Care Industry, key drivers, and influencers, in order to establish effective account objectives.

Experience in managing relationships with KOLs and Distributors.

Must have experience in managing a team of Sales Specialists.

Multinational Companies experience / business studies is plus.

PC Skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Fluent in English, and Farsi.

Only Candidates with Regional experience in the Gulf and Iran will be considered for this role.

Must be willing to travel extensively.

Required Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Medical College
