Lead the Sales department in achieving and exceeding targets in the areas of customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability. Sustainably manage stock levels to ensure the correct levels of stock at all times. Support the implementation of MBCME’s and distributor’s marketing campaigns, as well as maintaining good relationships with the local authorities and business communities to sustainably develop new and existing markets. Ensure that all Mercedes-Benz distributor standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education  University Degree majored in business or related field  Alternatively substantial experience in Sales on a managerial level  C-Management Certification or equivalent (e.g. IMI) is preferred Experience  3-5 years’ working experience as Sales Manager in automotive, luxury goods and/or premium service industry Knowledge & Skills  Knowledge in business management  Knowledge in sales, including stock control management, and customer relationship management  Knowledge of competitor products in the premium passenger car segment and the local market condition  Knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices  Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, technologies and sales processes beneficial  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Leadership and people management skills  Flexible approach to work and able to adapt and thrive in a changing environment  Negotiation skills  MS-Office Skills  Driving license  Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)  Arabic language skills would be an advantage COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION  Leading the business - Think strategically and establish direction - Focus on customer and market needs - Drive innovation, change and continuous improvement - Execute decisions and deliver results  Leading others - Challenge and develop people to top performance - Build a diverse culture of collaboration and learning  Leading yourself - Demonstrate credibility and commitment to succeed - Demonstrate personal integrity and perform to ethical standards
