Job Description

- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and property tours highlighting QE2 s history and facilities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts for rooms, events, and services to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, front office, and events teams for unified service delivery
- Support clients in planning meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events
- Prepare sales activity reports, revenue updates, and market trend analyses
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and targeted packages
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to enhance service quality
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Stay updated on industry standards and evolving sales techniques
- Assist with sales budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive and results-driven approach to meeting sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license
- Experience with CVENT or similar event management platforms
- Proven MICE and events sales experience in the UAE market
- Proficiency with Opera Sales and Catering
- Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
