Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
Drive new customer acquisition for SAP RISE/GROW and S/4HANA solutions across the UAE and wider GCC region.
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closing.
Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with revenue targets and organizational objectives.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
Conduct high-impact presentations, solution demos (with pre-sales), and value-based discussions tailored to customer business challenges.
Maintain strong engagement with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaboration & Solution Alignment
Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and consulting teams to craft compelling, customer-centric SAP solution propositions.
Ensure solution alignment with client digital transformation roadmaps and industry best practices.
Provide market feedback to internal teams for refining offerings, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Market Intelligence & Representation
Stay updated on SAP market trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and regional industry dynamics.
Represent the organization at SAP events, trade shows, customer forums, and strategic networking opportunities.
Contribute to targeted campaigns, sales initiatives, and strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in SAP Enterprise Sales, ERP/Cloud solution selling, or enterprise software sales.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, cloud transformation, and digital innovation value propositions.
Experience selling into UAE/GCC enterprise and mid-market clients is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding enterprise sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, solution-selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing complex sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.
