Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients. Engage with clients, providing expert guidance on decorative lighting solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and stock availability.

  • Organize showroom promotions, product launches, and marketing activities to boost sales and brand visibility.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with designers, contractors, and customers to expand the client base.

  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • 10–12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, furniture, or architectural products

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of lighting or design products is a plus.

  • Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
