Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Engage with customers in-store and identify B2B opportunities for office/school supplies.

  • Digital Growth: Assist in launching and managing our digital marketing presence and e-commerce store.

  • Innovation: Help introduce and demonstrate our existing and new product lines to offices, schools, students and parents.

  • Analyze: Assist in analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in both retail and online channels.

  • Market Outreach: Drive store and online sales growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns. Connect with or meet potential school or corporate clients. Must have UAE Driving License.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic education (graduate/diploma/school) with flair for sales and marketing.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), demonstrating a commitment to industry best practices.

  • Freshers or 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or e-commerce marketing, showcasing a proven track record of success.

  • Exhibits an understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape, including current trends and best practices.

  • Must have a UAE Driving License

  • Open to flexible working hours
