Roles & Responsibilities
- Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the agency s travel services across incoming, outgoing, and domestic segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts to expand the client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to design and launch promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights.
- Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel packages and client requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of travel products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
