Requirements:
Bachelor s or Diploma in a relevant Field
2 to 3 Years of Experience in the Exchange house sector is a must.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Responsibilities :
Conduct prospecting for new business opportunities within designated territories or accounts.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation.
Collect and analyse market and customer data to accurately identify client needs.
Address customer inquiries and effectively resolve objections to facilitate transactions.
Evaluate client requirements and present appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive customer relationship management records.
Participate in collaborative team objectives.
