Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the disposable packaging market, focusing on key accounts and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and proactively addressing their needs to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics, enabling informed decision-making and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of disposable packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes in the disposable packaging sector, ensuring compliance and relevance.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs and maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote the company's disposable packaging solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the disposable packaging or related industries.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the disposable packaging market, including materials, applications, and industry trends.
  • Displays excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Is fluent in English and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
