Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities that may impact sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for developing targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

They must build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding each client's property and investment needs.

The role requires conducting market research, staying updated on new projects and trends, and preparing persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

The agent will identify and manage leads, conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close deals professionally.
