Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial offices, retail spaces, villas, apartments, hotels, and hospitality projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, fit‑out, joinery, or construction.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) are an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of interior materials, design concepts, and fit‑out project workflows is highly preferred.

  • UAE driving license is an added advantage.
