The selected professional will be responsible for overseeing the complete real estate sales inventory lifecycle, ensuring that all property inventories across multiple projects are accurately managed, allocated, and reported in real time. This position requires strong expertise in real estate inventory management systems, sales coordination, and administrative control within the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain project inventory accuracy and allocation across all developments.
Manage property bookings, sales contracts, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate seamlessly with the sales, finance, and project teams to ensure operational alignment.
Ensure real-time data reporting and smooth system operations to support sales and marketing functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales administration or inventory management.
In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, including DLD/RERA regulations and off-plan sales procedures.
Proficiency in CRM and inventory management platforms such as Salesforce, Masterkey, PropSpace, or custom ERP systems.
