5 years professional experience: ideally sales or sales operations experience in dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environments, and solid working knowledge of SFDC, bonus if you have admin experience.
• Analytics: We use data to inform our decisions; you ll quickly identify what data is required to take on a problem and how to analyse it to get to the answer. You ll have experience dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real-world. You will have proficiency with data analysis and drawing out key insights using MS Excel / Gsheets, bonus if you have experience with SQL, R, python etc.
• Data compliance: you understand CRM datasets, world-class data entry and completeness. You can define and drive minimum requirements and track progress through to completion.
• Reporting: deep understanding of leading and lagging / input and output metrics, powerful visualisations, report and dashboard building, Tools: Tableau, SFDC dashes, Dashbuilder etc.
• Sales process design and execution: ability to design and run sales processes such as lead generation and allocation, forecasting etc.
